Returns & Exchanges

At FASTRACK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your FASTRACK account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
